Our Story
More than five decades ago, three Maine attorneys joined together and took the less-traveled road. They left the safety and comfort of big firms to do something that felt like a better fit for them and provided a greater service to clients. They started a smaller, slightly unorthodox firm with humanity at its core.
We see each other and clients as people first. Respectful, genuine relationships rooted in upfront, open communication are the linchpin of every legal endeavor we pursue.
We are steadfastly committed to helping businesses, entrepreneurs, families, and individuals with ties to Maine succeed in their personal and professional lives. From education and business law to real estate and employment matters, our ingenious attorneys and practice groups are eager to delve into and solve complex issues.
Our lawyers are relentless in their effort to succeed for our clients. We attack our work, do exhaustive research, and care passionately about every case. We’re always seeking ways to make a bigger impact by making good law, improving the legal system, and positively affecting the greater legal and local communities.
Every case, every detail, and every person matters to us. And, we have a solid track record to show for our efforts – from precedent-setting cases in special education eligibility and trucking industry safety regulations to resolving small business and personal issues.
If you are looking for a friendlier, more nimble and entrepreneurial approach to successfully addressing your legal issues, you’ll find what you’re looking for with us.
