Our practice includes all aspects of federal and state regulation affecting transportation companies, utilities, producers, third-party suppliers, midstream operators and transporters, distributors, consumers, and investors, as well as manufacturers and real estate developers and lenders. We represent clients before the Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont Public Utilities Commissions (PUCs), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Maine’s Motor Carrier Review Board, Federal Telecommunications Commission (FTC), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and other state and federal agencies.
