Attorney Andrew Helman has been named to the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2019 “40 Under 40” list of Emerging Leaders in Insolvency Practice, which identifies 40 top industry professionals under the age of 40.
Helman is a Partner at Murray Plumb & Murray and Co-Chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy Practice. He is a business, work-out, and restructuring attorney and works with all types of businesses, including those in the health care sector, to help them protect their assets.
He has been a panelist on national bankruptcy programs, including for the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges and the American Bankruptcy Institute, as well as numerous local programs. He has written extensively about bankruptcy and insolvency matters for national and local publications, including on health care matters.
Helman is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and serves as Co-Chair for the Health Care Committee. He was one of 40 attorneys nationally to participate in the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges 2016 NextGen Program and has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2015-19 issues of Super Lawyers & Rising Stars.
