Governor Janet Mills has reappointed Maria Fox to the Panel of Mediators for the Maine Labor Relations Board (MLRB), reaffirming her role as one of nine members dedicated to resolving public-sector labor disputes. Maria has served on the panel since 2009, helping facilitate collective bargaining agreements and grievance resolutions between employers and unions.
An employment law attorney with over 25 years of experience, Maria specializes in mediating labor and employment matters. In addition to her work with the MLRB, she serves on several prominent mediation panels, including the American Arbitration Association’s Labor and Employment Mediator Panel, the Maine Human Rights Commission’s Mediator Panel, and the State of Maine Judicial Branch Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Service (CADRES) Rule 16B Mediator Panel.
“I’m honored to continue serving on the MLRB Panel of Mediators and to support fair and constructive labor negotiations in Maine,” said Fox.
