Each year, the Murray Plumb & Murray office closes for a day so that attorneys and staff can participate in an annual day of service. This year the Murray Plumb & Murray team visited Carpenter Court, a Habitat for Humanity subdivision in Scarborough, and spent the day working on the construction of one of the development’s new buildings.

“It’s such a pleasure to get out from behind the desk and help out a local organization,” said attorney John Shumadine, who is President of the board of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland. “We had a blast working with Habitat this year, not to mention how pleased we are to know that our work helps someone less fortunate.”
