The annual selections are made through a multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent research, and peer evaluations. No more than five percent of attorneys in Maine are selected to the Super Lawyers list each year. The Rising Stars list recognizes top attorneys who are either 40 years old or younger or who have been practicing law for 10 years or less.

“These recognitions reflect the respect our attorneys have earned from both their clients and peers,” said Michael Traister, Managing Partner of Murray Plumb & Murray. “We are proud of the excellent work they do.”
