Murray Plumb & Murray is pleased to welcome attorneys Justin S. Clark and Kristin Hebert-Grande to the firm, enhancing its employment law and estate planning practices.
Justin S. Clark joins the firm as Of Counsel. He brings over a decade of experience in employment law, representing employees in high-profile cases involving employment discrimination, retaliation, and unpaid wages. He has successfully negotiated hundreds of severance agreements and settlement agreements for his clients, and has obtained multiple six-figure or seven-figure jury verdicts in his previous roles. Justin also advises small businesses on employment law compliance, wage and hour matters, and represents them in regulatory investigations. He is a graduate of University of New Hampshire School of Law and Colby College.
Kristin Hebert-Grande joins the firm as an associate. During law school, Kristin completed the Rural Law Fellowship at Camden Law, where she cultivated a focus on estate planning and administration. Before pursuing her legal career, Kristin worked in philanthropy with Maine Initiatives, a community-based foundation advancing social, economic, and environmental justice in Maine. She is a graduate of University of Maine School of Law and Smith College.
