Murray Plumb & Murray is pleased to announce that Susan Bixby has joined the firm as a Partner, enhancing its family law practice. 

Susan brings 25 years of experience in family law to Murray Plumb & Murray. She focuses her practice on divorce and parental rights cases, guiding clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives. Known for her dedication and compassionate advocacy, she builds strong relationships with her clients while providing honest and realistic assessments. Susan is committed to resolving cases efficiently and amicably whenever possible but is fully prepared to litigate when necessary.

Susan began her legal career practicing family law in New Hampshire before relocating to Maine in 2004. She is an active member of the Maine State Bar Association, where she previously served as Chair of the Family Law Section. Susan has also served on the Board of Directors for the Kids First Center, demonstrating her dedication to supporting families and children.

Susan earned her B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. from Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
