Ali Tozier will present an upcoming program with the Cumberland Bar Association on April 26. Along with Katherine L. Porter, Esq. of Eaton Peabody, Ali will present on the topic of:

“Getting back to work: Employment law tips for a smooth transition from sweatpants to slacks”

This program will address employment law considerations involved in opening back up the workplace to employees. Specifically, the presenters will discuss vaccination and testing policies, requests for accommodation, telecommuting policies/flexible work schedules and revisiting policies in employee handbooks. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the presenters.
